I'm reading a lot of pro's and cons about coffee. But no one has yet to answer the question as to weather or not does cream added to coffee without sugar raise BG??

Members shared mixed perspectives on whether cream in coffee raises blood sugar, with several explaining that milk and cream contain lactose which converts to sugar in the body, though heavy whipping cream has negligible carbs. Many community members described their personal approaches, including using sugar-free creamers, almond milk, fat-free or super skim milk, powdered cream with Splenda, or simply drinking coffee black, with some adding cinnamon as a blood sugar-friendly option. A recurring theme was that individual responses vary widely, so members encouraged testing what works for your own body and consulting with your doctor to find the best approach for you.

For me I'm usually fine especially if it's fat free

I stopped drinking coffee now 2 years ago because my Dr said it causes my blood pressure numbers go go higher. I started drinking decaf coffee and soon stop drinking coffee altogether and with walking and drinking a liter or more of water my BP numbers are normal to good.
