I Know Water Is Best, But I Like Some Flavor In My Drinks. Is Powerade Zero Or Gaorade G2, OK To Drink Instead?
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I pretty much just drink water when I walk or work out, Powerade Zero Orange and G2 Purple. Are there other sports drinks I can drink that won't effect my BS?

I use the little individual powdered drink packets. Peach is my favorite. they do use artificial sweetener. Or you could get a jug with an infuse...a specil little cage that you put fruit in and then let it seep into your water.

I have been looking for something to flavor my water. I just don't like plain water. I have looked at various products, not completely satisfied yet. If I find anything I will let you know.

I make my own drinks of fresh veggies and a small fruit with water and splenda or stevia. From smoothies to hot or cold tea with lemons, water and splenda. Also, drinking 4 bottles of plain water daily.

Walk twice daily for good health and happiness. 😁
