Insomnia

A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭
Durbanville

I have type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroiditis, high blood pressure, restless leg syndrome and insomnia.
because of the restless leg syndrome I can't sleep at night and so I eat which pushes the sugar and the blood pressure up.I have tried everything and nothing works. does anyone else have this problem?

many thanks for your suggestion I do both. I boil two bananas skin on, in 1 litre of water for 10 minutes and drink an hour before bed. that is when you get the most potassium out of the banana. I also drink 2 litre of filter water a day
