Members shared their favorite snacks for managing constant hunger while keeping blood sugar stable, with the most popular suggestions being nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts), protein bars, fresh fruit, and raw vegetables with hummus. Several members emphasized the importance of choosing snacks high in protein, fiber, and healthy fats to promote fullness without spiking blood sugar, with specific recommendations including popcorn (plain, buttered, or with Tabasco), whole grain toast with a poached egg, and fiber powder mixed into water or coffee. A recurring theme was the need for variety to avoid getting tired of the same snacks, along with the practical tip of carrying portable options like protein bars, fruit, and water bottles for on-the-go hunger management.

I eat lots of different nuts such as cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts. Only if you are not allergic to nut products of course. I also use fiber powder in water and or coffee. It helps you to feel full after drinking.
