I have used tea tree oil for those on my operation scars and under my breast. It works wonderful and it does not sting.

Eat low carb yogurt. The active culture helps ward off yeast growth when sugars high or if you're on antibiotics.

I;ve used vinegar for outbreaks before the skin gets irritated. It works well.I get most of my outbreak at the top bend of my legs. I have also taken yeast control tablets manufactured by AZO and they work well. Best is showering every other day and using lotion or powder to soothe the area. I will try the athletes foot powder to see how it works

I went to my ob a few years ago i had such a bad yeast vaginal infection the she sent me to a specialist. He was great. He gave me an ongoing perscription for the once a month med for yeast infections. I'm sorry I don't remember the name also a script for Clotrimazole and Betamethasome cream. This really did the trick. You just have to get ahead of it. Take it at the first symptom.

I have used Apple Cider vinegar too and it works :)
