Hi ladies. My Dr. Told me to eat a protein snack before bed. Hopefully that may rid you of low blood sugar.

I experience the same problem and I don't get warning except legs are shaky but I still keep walking and fall. Stupid me. I am afraid to go to sleep at times.

I am very lucky. When I bottom out during sleep, I amediately wake up and check my B, S. It is usually very low, and I head for the orange juice, or glucose tablets.
