A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

When I woke up this morning I knew my sugar number was low because I was very nervous and the light was affecting my eyes , but I was wondering what would happen while I slept . My number was 66

Hi ladies. My Dr. Told me to eat a protein snack before bed. Hopefully that may rid you of low blood sugar.

I experience the same problem and I don't get warning except legs are shaky but I still keep walking and fall. Stupid me. I am afraid to go to sleep at times.

I am very lucky. When I bottom out during sleep, I amediately wake up and check my B, S. It is usually very low, and I head for the orange juice, or glucose tablets.
A meter attached in your body, should sound an alarm when you go below 100 during sleep. U wood think this would already been on the market, since therei is one out that u wearexternallythat gives you yiour reading every 5 minuts, but Ive never of one that lets u know VIC while u sleep.
