Jabu. In your question u unknowingly said why your blood is going up during the day. "I don't eat much"
It is VERY important that you eat your 3 main meals per day and every meal should have 10-15mg carbs per meal. If not, your liver put glucose in your blood and that is what is making your blood go up. A normal person would create insulin to balance the glucose but because ur diabetic that does not work for you any longer and there is noting to balance the glucode at the right level. The carbs you eat need to be good carbs from vegies, 1 fruit etc. NO rice, pasta, potato, serial and flower.

Spot on Neenah. I am so over people that try to sweet talk their condition or be "politically correct" in a diabetes sense of way. If you don't control your diabetes through the source and that is eating, you WILL have complications sooner than later and you might even die at a far younger age than life expectancy. When you BS is above 10(180) you get organ damage and you should do your utmost to be under that value at all times.

Keep telling people ...yes we are each different but facts are
CARBS=SUGARS plain and simple I've had many try this and all were shocked at how low their numbers were...

You have to eat at least 5 times a day, so not eating much is doing more harm than good.
