Another option is to soak your feet at least once daily with Epson salts. Seems to help me.

That's one of the symptoms I have. If it's neuropathy it won't go away. I don't have pain most days but I don't have feeling in my toes always. I've done research and they're meds for the pain but not much to do for the numbness. I just check my feet often and watch for changes or pain. Wear good shoes.

when you have your diabetic checkup does the nurse or doctor check your feet for feeling? they check various spots on both feet with your eyes closed and you tell them if you can feel that or not....talk to your doctor as to whether the numbness you feel on the bottom of your toes could be the onset of neuropathy...which is nerve damage related to diabetes

That is exactly part of my problem,but my doctor says it is because of some pinch nerves that I have in my neck. My hands are also burning 24 out of 24 hours a day. I'm suppose to go see a neuro surgeon for that. I had Xrays,MRI and in October going for EMG. Btw,numbness at my toes are part of my symtoms.
