I am having a hard time finding the right protien snack to carry me over between meal times

Yes, I try and have a little bag of nuts with me. Add a few raisins is you need the carbs. And I like Cheese sticks with 1/2 an apple. peanut butter with apples is good too.

Cheese sticks, beef sticks, but butter on a rice cake.

Yogurt, peanut butter on WW toast. Also like to take low sodium ham, cheese and cucumber stacks and eat with a dressing...usually balsamic vinagrette.
