My insurance forces me to get 90 days supply at a time. So taking 2500 mg Metformin daily (2- 1/2 tablets) I have to get 275 tablets each go round in 2 separate bottles. I've had some success controlling BS this summer and contribute much of that to the availability of fresh vegetables. Those days are numbered for us Ohioans and I'm wondering what I'll eat this winter. I love casseroles, but most of them don't love me. I need some breakfast ideas that are quick or that can be made a head of time.

Not sure how I feel about this especially since when I do cut back on carbs my sugar drops to 5.9. I feel like crap when it is this low. So why would I need insulin?
