I am so confused about which lifestyle to choose to get rid of my Diabetes. I want to lose 70 pounds, which I'm sure would get rid of Diabetes, Sleep Apnea and improve my health tremendously! I don't think I can do Keto (although my husband and his son have had great success) it's just too restrictive for me so I think I would cheat a lot. I used to freeze grapes to have as a summer hot weather snack. Unfortunately, I eat too many of them to stay within my carb budget for snacks.
What are your favorite summer cool snacks?
4 provitas, cucumber, 1/4 avo, or fat free yogurt,1 med fruit. Or 2 cup popcorn. Or 1 bran muffin.

I suffer from not feeling full and getting hungry easily. I had thought about using Metimucil for appetite control
I work at a place where we can't eat at our desk unless special occasion. We do have a 15 minute break available.
My issue is half the time, I forget to take it. I know snacks are important for glucose control.
