Which food types in your experience - delivers the highest reduction in blood glucose values?
For me it has been pistachios and whisky (perfect together)
Anything protein based.

For type 2 diabetes on a real world level, can members perhaps list their readings (glucose) for the following times:
* Fasting morning glucose
* Afternoon
* Evening
Additionally, which set of medications are you on and perhaps do you have a copy of Type 2 diet plan?
I was diagnosed this year - so still learning the ropes on the readings.
Diagnosed 6 years ago.
Current A1C (and for the last 5 years) 5.4-5.6 (mostly 5.4)
Year to date average Fasting Number - 5.5/99 (lowest 4.8 highest 6.5) - my target range is 4.0 to 6.0
