I am curious to know (for android users only, as I do not have an iOS (apple) and those responses would not be of any use)
For daily glucose monitoring And for tips and tricks
What apps on Google play do you use to help
Maintain
Recipes
Tips and advice
I already utilize the "Carb Manager" app.
I would just like to know what other apps the community is using. Again for ANDROID phone users only.
Cheers

Ended up with the freestyle libre 2. Works great.
I have been on Lantus for several years now. My Health Insurance decided as of 1/1/23 Lantus will no longer be covered. Anthem suggested Basaglar, Levemir, Toujeo, or Tresiba. Are any of you on these, any pros or cons of each? It is always something.
I am on Humalog for Quick Acting (as far as I know, this is still covered)
Thanks
@A DiabetesTeam Member Appreciate the info!
I just got hit with an ungodly deductible through a Part D drug plan , $ 320.00 or $ 380.00 with a $30.00 copay , does anyone have a better one . My insulin ( Tresiba ) is a Tier 3 drug , HELP ME PLEASE

Hi, I take 22m 3x a day before meals and 20ml of protaphane before sleep. I do skip the insulin at lunchtimes. My diet is about 70% ok. I cut out potatoes and had limited low GI bread and my sugar in morning normally about 14. I am at a diabetic clinic. Any info to help me. Thanks
Hi its important to not skip your insulin dose completely. My doctor tells me to half the dose.
Otherwise your body may have higher sugars.
Best wishes!
I am struggling with morning highs and seem to be needing to take much more insulin which I really dont want to do. I go to sleep at night with a certain reading, take insulin Apidra and Lantus and wake up in the morning with the high reading. I have also noticed that the reading does sometimes drop during the course of the night but is high again when I wake up. Also have put on weight. I dont know whether this is a result of wrong eating or whether medication can also stop being as… read more
My sugar is 28 in the morning at 8 am and a 10.8 in the late afternoon. 6 pm.
I am on Novilin ,2x a day.
Can you tell me what to help in getting my sugars under control.
Check your blood sugar à t night if its normal then have something sweet..this will help prevent low sugar in the morning
I take two units of NovoLog before each meal and 8 units of Lantus before bed. If I snack, it is with popcorn or nuts.
Thank you so much for the information. I know I need to do more of both. Starting tomorrow, more water and more exercise. No. Really.
