Sugar free strawberry jam melted
Could someone help me out with different ideas on what they eat for breakfast and lunch and supper? I'm stuck on eating the same thing all the time because i stick to what works and end up eating the same old thing and it's getting annoying. You get tired of the same food at some point. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Have a wonderful and blessed day my friends 🤗

I just want to know what would be a good breakfast to have I have only been diagnosed like a few days and I have been eating muesli with plain unsweetened yogurt with some fruit, like strawberry Apple and banana...
Start by cutting back.If currently having three fruits at same time go down to one.Have low sugar muesli ( better is porridge, Weetabix,bran flakes.) Check sugar content of yogurt.
Thank you for all the information about Diabetes that you give us. It is very helpful. I have high blood pressure also, so I use very little salt and no caffeine which helps. Also, is it ok to drink tea instead of water
Have you ever tried brown rice. My doctor said people with diabetes can eat brown rice, which is a whole grain rice. It's not really brown, it's just not as white as white rice, or as sweet

I dont like most vegetables so am having a hard time finding foods to help control my sugar levels and carbs are a great problem for me. I also like fish once in a while but would have to fix 2 meals if I make it because my daughter won't eat fish. I just would like some ideas on what I can do to help with my levels.
