Off Metformin ON Amlodipine. Any Advice On What To Expect
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I had a health check at the gym and was told I was dehydrated (48%)
I told the nurse at my diabetes check and , after checking with the doc, I was taken off Metformin and put on amlodipine.
I was wanting to only take the jardiance I am prescribed as it is the most effective at bringing down my sugar.
What do I expect amlodipine to do?

Does Any Take Or Know Somebody Who Takes Jardiance Or Farxiga?
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

My insurance has decided not to cover my rybellsus. No skin off my back really.. but now my Dr wants to see if the insurance company will cover either of the above mentioned scripts.. I am not fond of the side effects from either. I had taken the inovokana but ended up with yeast infections every month.. esp right before my period. Sorry guys that is on my team if it's TMI.

The jardiance has ten side effects.. they said it was tested more in t1 than t2. But I am not fond of the side effects..
