What medicine can I take for my type 2 diabetes since I can't take Metformin due to chronic kidney disease. My last A1C was 8.1.

Hi! I just joined, because of Synjardy and Ozempic side effects. Is anyone else having trouble with one or both of them
I was diagnosed with DMII years ago but it was actually Pre-Diabetes until this year. Endocrinologist started me on Jardiance but my last A1c was higher so he switched me to Synjardy. The 1st side effect was diarrhea, but it's not all the time. I had stomach pain and nausea. Also decreased appetite--yay, right?!
