Increase your intake of Magnesium. It will relax your muscles. Also take CoQ10. Depletion by Metformin causes muscle aches and weakness
Has anyone had problems with their throat and mouth while taking Janumet . I would get this ball of phlegm in my throat, and my teeth would ache and now sometimes my mouth will become very very dry and I would get a tin taste or a burning feeling in my mouth.
Now that you said it about phlegm and dry mouth I understand I sometimes feel that too, I boil Peachtree leaves an hour before breakfast and dinner time since then it has sudsided
if you had problems with metformin becareful, Ihad a bad side effect due to it ,
I found that I skipped a dose of my Janumet and my BG went to 7.1 mmol the next morning instead of the normal reading of 5.5 mmol - Arise of 1.6 mmol. If you are on Janumet 1000/50 x 2 please share your BG numbers after a missed dose. I would like to determine how high it would go without medication. Could I reduce my medication and compensate with more diet and exercise?
Gordon, Now that's using your head.
Hi everyone
Just wondering if anyone has feedback about janumet XR. My last fasting was 7.2 A1C 6.6. My former physician had me on 2000 mg of metformin and not concerned.
The new physician concerned and put me on janumet XR. I have read about it and concerned .
Any feedback would be helpful

Since just about all of us have at least heard of the stuff, I put together a piece on it to shed some light on this medication.
The source of today’s Metformin is a traditional and natural/herbal remedy that was first medically researched in 1918 - so if you want "natural" this is it.
