I am on Humalog 25 Mix and reading that it may cause heart failure ? Is this true ? What are the symptoms to look for ? Cause whenever an ECG is done so far I've been told it is 'clear'. Like, is there a heart attack waiting to happen ? On ECG what is the cause of an alarm ? Is it the excess plaque ? I'm told by my doc that certain amount of plaque should be there. Is there a boundary measure for plaque that should be there ? So confused of different statements being told to me each time that… read more
Came to know of a blood clot leading to a heart attack on this site. Was particularly concerned about the symptoms witnessed prior to what was coming. I mean not as the heart attack came on but in the… read more

Have been watching what I eat and mostly drinking water but still gaining instead of losing or maintaining. Any tips would be appreciated.
