Dragonfruit is on the low glycemic index. It is acceptable for diabetics in moderation. It isn't advisable for patients with gastroparesis. It contains fiber, making it harder to digest

I did some research that resulted in saying DRAGON FRUIT IS OK FOR DIABETICS IN MODERATION. But I would remove all of the seeds first!

I would say with gastroparesis you should avoid dragon fruit. It has seeds throughout the fruit which can affect gastroparesis. You have to be careful with most fresh fruit. It is harder to digest so harder on gastroparesis. If you cook it down to puree or add a small amount to a smooth may work better but only if you can remove the seeds.
