That's a frustrating situation! Unfortunately, recommending specific brands isn't something that can be done here — but there are some smart ways to find a trustworthy option.

That's a frustrating situation! Unfortunately, recommending specific brands isn't something that can be done here — but there are some smart ways to find a trustworthy option.

When shopping for a berberine supplement, here's what to look for:

- Third-party tested products (look for seals from NSF, USP, or Informed Sport)
- Transparent labeling that clearly lists ingredients and dosages
- No hidden additives or unlisted ingredients
- Reputable retailers like pharmacies or well-known health stores

Since supplements aren't strictly regulated by the FDA, the amount of active ingredient can vary widely between brands. A third-party tested product gives you the best assurance of quality and accuracy.

Most importantly, loop in your doctor or pharmacist before switching brands — especially since berberine can interact with diabetes medications and affect your blood sugar levels.

I would try a pharmacy that is reputable. I wouldn't order anything online unless it has been lab tested, and tried. When I was doing the cbd gummies for nerve pain my doctor recommended I get them from a reputable supplier. She said the gas station gummies aren't lab tested. You won't to be able to read the ingredients. Good luck
