I'd be very wary about the honey cos it's neat sugar but apple cider vinegar is safe when added to some warm water & u could use SUCRALOSE based granulated sweetener to sweeten it before u drink it.

Thank you for that. ❤️
Hugs to Elmo for above advice. Enjoy a grest day
You would have to see how it affects you. Honey is sugar and will affect your diabetes but shouldn't affect your gastroparesis. The apple cider vinegar should not affect either badly. The cold water shouldn't affect you gastroparesis unless you have problems with cold drinks. Gastroparesis like diabetes affects everyone differently and it just trial and error on food.
I agree with the apple cider vinegar. I tried it and it makes all you eat taste like vinegar and it aggravated my stomach worse. It doesn't lower bs that much. Natural honey doesn't have all that added sugar like the store bought does.

You should post a question that ask are there any natural remedies for gastroparesis associated with having diabetes?
Or, are there other members with gastroparesis, and do you use any natural remedies that work?
I hope you can find answers 💖
