@A DiabetesTeam Member Hi Lisa. Lisa, I had once gone to a class to help me with clutter in my apartment. I was taught how to organize my things. But, my instructor taught me something very interesting. She said that although my apartment would be clutter free I should keep a small area of my apartment disorganized so as not to pressure myself to be perfect. I apply this knowledge to my diet. Sometimes trying to be perfect can lead to a bit of anxiety and maybe even a binge. Indulging a little on the forbidden helps relieve some of the pressure. But, then I get back on the bicycle. π
Sounds like you are making the right choices.
