We have excessive heat and pop up storms. Some severe at times. I'm happy I have good AC. That makes me feel bad for ppl that don't have adequate heat, or air. The AC helps calm my nerve pains some. Especially when I'm trying to sleep.
@A DiabetesTeam Member hello I hope that the hot weather is going to be better soon as I believe it’s been dreadful right across the Northern Hemisphere causing bush fires everywhere in Canada and parts of Europe. I believe that the East Coast of England has had heavy rain and thunderstorms which should cool down the atmosphere there for the first time in months. The homes there are constructed for the cold weather and are fully insulated and they get very hot in summer and most people don’t have air conditioners in their homes! I live in Subtropical Australia and I can’t imagine being without air conditioning in Summer and for winter warmth! Hugs from Judyxx

We have been having excessive heat here. We are also dealing with pop up storms, some are very severe. I couldn't make it without my AC. Those violets are beautiful 😍
