Is there a hard and fast rule about having to test blood for the rest of the day, considering my consistently good FBS and PP?
I reversed my pre diabetic diagnosis approximately 2 years ago.
Thank you.

We are what we eat. I'm glad things improved for her. You are a great teacher. I had a problem getting back on the site yesterday evening. My son doesn't like alcohol. He did research on diabetes and he said alcohol isn't good for diabetics, is it mom?
Hi @A DiabetesTeam Member.
My Bride tested prediabetic, almost a diabetic A1C, when we came back from Europe 3 Springs ago. Her liver function was also showing some damage from all the analgesics, and Port she had been drinking.
We corrected the analgesics and the alcohol. And in 3 months she had a nondiabetic A1C. Her liver function indicators got much better. She also was very conscious of carbs. She more than halved her carb loading.
All is well on these fronts since the wake up call.

You are so right. I am a living testimony to what high blood sugars can do to your body.

You did a great job getting bellow the non diabetic range. My son is still in the pre diabetic. He's only there by a little. I keep telling him to watch his diet and walk.

Thank you my dear Henry
I’m usually awake by 6am and you taught me very well, right from the beginning, to treat immediately.
I’m still very sleepy when I awake, but I don’t dally, I go straight to the kitchen and eat a banana, followed by oats, Greek yoghurt and filter coffee.
Thank you for caring 🙏❤️
