I do the chicken and gnocchi. The first one has the potato skins and the second and forth ones have beans. The beans and potato skins aren't good for gastroparisis since they are harder to digest. The zuppa toscana is probably the best if you remove the potato skins. When i go I don't want to play with my food before i eat it

Choose as you will. But for me the 2nd and 4th ones would be the best. I would have to trash the pasta though.

I make a delicious homemade chicken soup with some homemade chicken stock from my freezer, 2 supermarket stock pots, some frozen mixed veg cos it comes ready chopped, some chopped chestnut mushrooms, some chopped wholewheat pasta. chopped leftover roast chicken from my freezer, some tinned chopped tomatoes..I.pit everything in my slow cooker, added the stockpots to the stock, let it cool then mix some cornflower with some water and add it to my slowcooker that already has everything alrealreadt in it and turn the slowcooker onto high till everything is bubbling then your it down to low for 4hrs and its ready.
