Many people are able to bring their blood sugar levels back into the normal range after being diagnosed with prediabetes. Everyone's situation is different, but healthy lifestyle changes can make a big difference. It would be interesting to hear from others here who have successfully managed or reversed their prediabetes and what worked for them.
