@A DiabetesTeam Member hello I live at Maroochdore on the Pacific Ocean East Coast of subtropical Queensland Australia and I wear tinted sunglasses outside aand I wear sunscreen and I am enjoying my retirement here in the modern air conditioned apartment downstairs in a modern two level house which is the home of my landlord who lives upstairs and thereβs another small apartment rented here and several air-bnb rooms and I can walk everywhere around here with my 4 wheeler lightweight walker (Rollator)
I got my Diabetes type2 in remission and I donβt need any medication for it just eat healthy food with lots of fresh veggies and walk daily for exercise
Hugs from Judyxx
Hi Judy, thank you for your reply. The Solar Flares can affect eyes quite a bit. When outdoors, it would be good for you too to have sunglasses on while these Solar Storms continue. My eyes are doing much better since I have dark sunglasses on outside. How is your blood sugar doing ? Mine is getting better and better. My average glucose sank to 210 with all the medications and glucometer monitor. We increased my long-acting Lantus to 25 units, which makes a huge difference. I wake up with FBG below 200 finally.
Have a great week. Hugs, NiluR.
