One secret I wanted to share. I read that cinnamon is good for lowering BS. I bought some stick cinnamon and stired my tea with it last night. My BS was much lower this morning.
We like to decorate. Here is a picture of the inside of the house.

We decorate our Christmas tree with ornaments from over many years, lots that my children made. My children are in their teens, & we have decorations from even before they were born. It makes our season even more homey πŸ’œπŸŽ„
