My trigs were 487 at one point. My doctor put me on prescription strength Omega3. Remember, never take anything without first talking to your doctor. Some people can't take omega 3 fish oil.

If I eat carbs, my triglycerides rise like crazy. When I ate rice every day my triglycerides were 1500-1800. Potatoes and pasta did the same.

That is the one area where I’m good, my triglycerides are at 67.

If I cut out carbs for a week, my triglycerides would drop to about 400-500.

No carbs for a month and triglycerides would bottom out about 250.

2 different statins and no carbs. Triglycerides less than 150.

I remember you saying carbs raised your trigs. That is extremely high. ♥️

I found krill oil to be better for triglycerides. It absorbs better. And the after taste isn't as bad.
