Type 2 Diabetes, Metformin was prescribed, but made me sick and upset my tummy. Been off it for more than a year. Not on Insulin as well. No medication to treat my Diabetic Condition. I believe my Liver is Focal fatty sparing vs other, and allowing me to put on weight. Any suggestions regarding my eating habits and Diet?

Hello. Nice to meet you. The bot gave you a great response. This issue needs to be discussed with your doctor ASAP. I eat 3 meals daily and snacks in between. But what works for one may not work for another. Keep us posted on how you are doing.
