Canola oil is what my doctor recommended. But, I started using olive oil. It is an antioxidant also. Protects our cells from free radicals. The extra virgin is the best to use. Good for the heart also.

I use olive oil and avocado and coconut oil. I’ll use some specialty oils like sesame at times too.

I've been using canola oil for quite some time with no harmful effects.
