I've noticed some of our team members have IBS. I was diagnosed with it 3 years ago. I'm having a flare up. Prescribed Bentyl. I also take a probiotic, ginger and peppermint oil helps. Ginger is nature's remedy for gut health.

Yes, sauerkraut helps. I love sauerkraut. Diabetes over time can damage gut nerves. I'm going to start taking a prebiotic, also.

I had IBS many years ago and it returned early this year.I have ginger and pepper mint tea and also probiotic as in love cultures when I have a flare up.keeping a journal helps.
I don't have IBS. I take 2 Metamucil probiotic gummies each morning to keep me regular. Occasionally I will get some diarrhea from drinking too much zero sugar soda as the substitute sweetener often acts like a laxative with me.
I agree Ginger is fantastic for the gut,in my case it has a negative effect on my heart failure, but that is life for you! Yippee I doo down the slope up again Yippee high yah
