Nervive is a supplement that is primarily ALA (an antioxidant) and B Vitamins

High sugar levels damage our veins and the ones that see the effect first are the ones farthest away - so typically the feet

The nerve pain is caused by the nerves dying from lack of blood (and vitamins, minerals and trace elements) getting to the distant nerves so they (effectively) starve to death

This supplement attempts to get a higher concentration of those (vitamins) through the restricted blood vessels to those nerves to help them out

So whether or not it will work for YOU and how well it would work is dependent on the status of your blood vessels - if they are mildly restricted and the neuropathy is in it's early stages, you would likely see some relief - but if you have advanced neuropathy with significant vascular damage then they would about as effective as a Tic Tac

For managing neuropathy pain, doctors typically prescribe medications like tricyclic antidepressants, serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors, and gamma-aminobutyric acid analogs. In some cases, they may also recommend topical creams or other medications. The most effective way to manage diabetic neuropathy is to:
- Keep blood sugar levels well controlled
- Stay physically active
- Maintain a healthy weight
- Eat a balanced diet
- Limit alcohol consumption
- Quit smoking if applicable
- Take prescribed medications as directed

Regular communication with your healthcare provider about symptoms and treatment options is essential for proper management of diabetic neuropathy.
