For me the 5 Cs our 5 children. Our 12 grand children, our 3 great grand children, the children that are our neices and nephews. The children in our chosen families our Tribes.
Each of them and those to come are my reasons to live my best life with diabetes. I eant to be here for them and my Bride.
I don't want to take an early exit because of diabetes complications and comorbidities. My parents did that 30 and 32 years ago. It was devastating. I will not do that to my family.
So I closely control my diabetes journey. I maintain nondiabetic numbers by what I eat, and by what I don't eat.
Baby steps.
Never give up, Never surrender, Never ever.
You got this.
Have a wonderful day
1 of our grandsons, Zeke, cheering me on.
Those are some of the best reasons for us to keep going
