I absolutely understand ur comment regarding "worry clouding ur day" cos I've suffered from depression since my late mother @ my.late wife died and when it happens which is quite often just recently I absolutely ruins my day so I have to take antidepressants permanently. They do help me to feel better though so its a beneficial pill to take along with my sleeping pills. Anyway MME KEEP FIGHTING AND NEVER GIVE UP THE FIGHT!!!
