Are you experiencing night sweats with diabetes? Night sweats can be a concerning symptom that disrupts sleep. Some tips that may help include:

- Keeping your bedroom temperature cool
- Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water
- Monitoring your blood sugar levels before bed
- Wearing breathable, moisture-wicking sleepwear If night sweats persist or significantly interfere with your sleep, it's important to discuss this with your healthcare provider.
