I agree…. Have started to do that now
Glucose Gold is a supplement
It is made up of a number of ingredients and you may not be able to (digest) one of them (or a couple) very well which is resulting in your GI issues
Some side effects of berberine have been reported, primarily gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, abdominal pain, bloating, constipation, or diarrhea. Berberine may interact with medicines
A second major ingredient is Banaba
Banaba is possibly safe when used short-term. It's been used safely for up to 2 weeks. There isn't enough reliable information to know if Banaba is safe to use long-term. Side effects might include dizziness, headache, and upset stomach.
It has been studied at oral dosages of 32 - 48 mg's
(each one of those tablets contain 500 mg's)
So who knows what it's doing to you if you are taking 3 of these things a day
I would stop taking it all together until your guts settle down then if you want to try and re-introduce it I would take it "once" a day and if you handle that well for a week or two you can add a second one
That's the only way that you can see if this supplement is the problem or not
So is there a solution? Should I take it less often? Where to get answers?
