I enjoy grapes. I believe the dietitian told me I could have 10 or 12 as a serving. But that was a long time ago, so don’t remember. I usually have 10 & my blood sugar is okay.

Fwiw... they are also high up on the list of the "Dirty Dozen" list of fruits and vegetables with the most pesticides.
I personally don’t eat grapes, I’m not good at moderation with some things so none is the better choice for me. I should test to see how they affect my blood glucose levels though.
