Hobbies, family and friends. Those are my coping methods.
Three basic choices and the right choice is "whatever works"
Your Doctor can prescribe medication - there are a few different drug classes of mood altering pills - SSRI's are popular and there is a formulation for just about "every" conceivable symptom
You can see a mental health professional - I personally use or have used a Psychiatrist, a couple different types of Psychologists and a couple Social Workers over the past 5 years
And I am proud to say that - Yes, I have sought Professional Mental Health Specialists because sometimes you don't get treatment via a prescription pad
Or finally, as the "bot" noted, there is the self help stuff - meditation, yoga, TaiChi - whatever works
But if haven't done so yet maybe start by writing down what exactly about Diabetes is so stressful that it causes anxiety
Yes, make a list
Sometimes if you deal with a few of the little reasons the big reason goes away
Thank you all for your answers :)
