Members offered practical strategies for managing neuropathy and morning cramps, with compression socks being a popular recommendation alongside reminders to ensure proper fit for comfort and circulation. Several members shared additional relief methods including lidocaine patches (available over-the-counter or by prescription), foot spas for improved blood flow, magnesium supplements and creams, and one member's creative solution of sleeping with a fan directed at their feet. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting with doctors about medications that can help prevent cramps and being mindful of potassium intake, though members noted that high-carb foods like bananas may not be ideal for managing diabetes.

OH OHH I forgot to tell you about my biggest trick. I sleep like a Doctor Suess Character & put a fan on low directed at my feet ..it works amazing!! Last time I was at the pediatrician I told the gal who is in charge of the shoes & she began telling her clients. Also sometimes putting an ice pack on my feet feels nice.
