I have type two diabetes
Currently there is two options
The SMBG (Self-Monitored Blood Glucose) aka the Stick Test done at home by lancing a finger and putting a drop of blood on a test strip/meter combination OR
wearing one of the various CGM - Continuous Glucose Monitors which is a sensor with a small fiber which reads the blood sugar in the fluid around your cells - the sensor is (attached) and it monitors for 10 - 14 days depending on the brand/system being used
Thank you
