Yes but not just eating clean

If you want to manage Diabetes without Meds you "MUST"

Get to normal weight
Eat a low carb healthy diet
Get some exercise

For 8 years that is what I have done

I am in clinical remission - since 90 days after diagnosis in 2016 while my A1C has ranged between 5.4 and 5.8 - no meds but also no excuses about weight, diet and exercise

Yes, it is possible to lower A1c levels by eating clean and healthy and getting regular exercise. Here are some key points from my knowledge base:

- Diet: A nutritious, low-calorie diet can improve insulin sensitivity and may reduce the need for diabetes medications. Limiting carbohydrates can be highly effective in lowering hemoglobin A1c levels.
- Exercise: Regular physical activity is crucial for managing A1c levels.
- Consistency: Maintaining a consistent diet and exercise routine is essential for keeping A1c levels stable.

However, it can be challenging to manage A1c levels with diet and exercise alone, especially as one gets older. In some cases, additional treatments like insulin may be necessary to achieve desired A1c levels.
