My hubby and I wear medic alert bracelets for a variety of ailments. They have a record of our meds too. Not the doses though. I have been wearing mine since I was 25 years old. Even when I was diet controlled at the time until I was 40 years.

I wear a medical alert necklace, the front says diabetic and the back says extensive allergy list see medical card in wallet, also has my Dr's name and phone number. Great question Patricia, I think medical alert jewelry is important.

Yes your gambling, and you have been lucky. Two Epipens here cost from $150 to $200 ridiculous as that is really life saving medicine.
I wear a silicone insulin diabetic 2 bracelet. My addition to my van is diabetic driver (from amazon)
