To send a private message to a friend on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:

1. Go to their profile page: Navigate to the profile page of the member you want to message
2. Search for their username: You can also search for their username in the 'Meet Others' section.
3. Type your message: In the message field, use their Show Full Answer

2. Search for their username: You can also search for their username in the 'Meet Others' section.
3. Type your message: In the message field, use their name, for example, "Hi @username".
4. Post the update: Click on "post update" when you are done.

Note: Until the direct messaging feature is fully implemented, you can share your contact information (like email or phone number) in a post on their page. This information will be hidden from everyone else except you, the recipient, and the page owner.
