KB try a piece of fruit for breakfast, having ur main cooked meal 1-2pm n a snack ie: raw veg n a diabetic friendly dip at 6pm. U may not be having too much sugar before bed its probably cos ur having too big a meal so close to bedtime n walk between meals!!!
Ur very welcome KB try it for a week n let me know if it works 4u also when u have ur cooked meal at 1-2pm make sure u ALWAYS leave the carbs on ur plate till last before u eat the carbs ie: eat the vegetables first, lean meat, chicken or fish second n the potatoes last it's as simple as that!
