Members shared their personal blood sugar targets in response to a question about what ranges they consider good, average, or bad, with most aiming for fasting levels between 70 and 120 and post-meal numbers below 140 to 150. Several members discussed how individual factors like reactive hypoglycemia, gastroparesis, fibromyalgia, and medication changes affect their numbers, emphasizing that everyone's ideal range is different and must be tailored to their own body and health conditions. A recurring theme was the importance of tracking time in range and standard deviation alongside A1C, with many members celebrating their progress and encouraging each other to keep working toward their personal goals.

4-8 (72-144) at least 85% of the time makes me happy. Time In Range and Standard Deviation is crucial to my management.

This has kept my a1c at the lower end of the pre-diabetic range for 6+ yrs. and hopefully far away from any complications.

My A1C stays right around 5.8 on 500 Metformin once a day. I started this journey on 2000 Metformin. My Dr. wants me to be off meds by July.

Again, right on to everyone…

As Surfer said…your stand deviation in the multiverse on a narrative road with lots of texture…

…will set you free.
