I'm positive it does - if you hurt you may not want or be able to even walk

Exercise is great for a lot of things but at least you can still manage weight if you CAN'T Exercise - just don't eat the (extra) in the first place

What I mean is, a Cheese Burger might come in at 550 calories - leave off the cheese and it's only 470 calories

So you don't have to walk for 1/2 hour just to burn off that cheese slice

There are a lot of low impact exercises/stretches etc like Yoga, Tai Chi, Chair Exercises etc that don't burn many calories but still exercise the muscles
