Some tricks to slow the absorption of carbs in pasta, rice, potatoes
1) cook the carbs al dente, this will slow the digestion rate a little. Baby steps.

2) eat with vegetables, protein and fat, this will slow digestion more. In fact, if you eat in this specific order you will slow digestion more. 1st bite vegetables, 2nd bite vegetables, 3rd bite protein, 4th bite carbs - you will slow digestion more. Baby steps.

I've basically cut carbs from my diet. I have potatoes 🥔 and vegetables only with no protein 1 to 2 times in a 10 day period
Most of the time, I eat lean steak, chicken, ostrich, or game and vegetables

Eat protein with low carbs drink water I enjoy green tea with my meals no snacks just three meals

I drink water 💧 and almond milk and iced coffee and lemonade and tea too. I drink water with my food too.

Good idea-add milk/water to oatmeal and refrigerate overnight and then reheat for breakfast. I'll try that.
