@A DiabetesTeam Member thinking about what your doc told you.I believe it was saturated fats you need to cut out.Search " saturated fats " for list.Then search " unsaturated fats" which are good for you.
Hi I was also told sugar pasta salt must cut out. I still eat cooked vegetables all difference I add a very small little bit salt so that the taste is not that bad. Where in the past I ate a full plate of food and still going for seconds, that I stopped now. My results I still loose some weight BP is down glucose level is down. So I do something right for a change and feel very good not so tired anymore. The salt story I can add I cut salt in my food by 95% and it works for me as I was a person that put aromat basically on everything I ate. I don't use aromat at all. I hope this will help in a way.
Stop eating anything with sugar added to it only eat blueberries black berries and raspberries for fruit and eat your vegetables raw and if cooking them don't let them caramelized cook them so there still hard hopefully this helps you out some.
