Counsellor, psychologist, psychiatrist, social worker

In Ontario we have great access covered by OHIP - if you have a local diabetes clinic (often part of a health team or in an urgent care center) they have Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certified counsellors

I use (or have used) all that are listed there

Talk to someone who understands and can help you wrap your head around why you are burned out and depressed and give you some tools to deal with it

All you have to do is ask your Doctor for a referral - the services are free and available
