Yes! It seems that anything low carb, Keto, no sugar added or sugar free is always a lot higher in price than regular food! Very frustrating!

I'm not familiar with the brand but there is a number of Low Carb or Keto breads/rolls etc on the market if you do a bit of looking

Often times they replace the regular flour with Almond Flour, ground up seeds, Pea Protein, a couple different resistant starches or Soy

As you note some taste like "crap" other are not bad at all

Great products, albeit often a little "pricey", but if you find something you like it can be a great addition to your list of "safe for me to eat, foods"

And there is all kinds of products like this - I make pancakes and biscuits with a product called "Carbquik" (like Bisquick without most of the carbs) and I get low carb pasta from a couple companies (Carba-Nada or PY)

There is many "diabetes/keto friendly" foods out there - we just have to look for them and give them a try

Most of the low carb bread they sell here(KS) in the Supermarkets tastes like crap and these low carb(high dollar) bagels I ordered from this Royo Company are not much bettter but the bread from them is much better and not cut in 1/4 inch slices like some of the other! I made French toast with it and added lots of Ceylon Cinnamon and used sugar free syrup and it was really good!
